Please, read the following points carefully
- Admission fees payable for different courses include, registration, study materials, student support services, Identity Card etc.
- Fees once paid are not refundable or adjustable in future.
- Do not deposit examination fee at the time of admission.
- A late fee of Rs. 50/-, if applicable is payable in all courses and by all categories of students.
- NOS will not be responsible if the request for admission is not considered on account of short payment deposited with the Accredited Institution or if no seats are available with the AI.
- Your admission will be cancelled and fee forfeited on the
following grounds :
- Incomplete Form
- Shortage of Age
- Shortage of Fee
- Lack of required educational qualification (Senior Secondary Course)
- Mode of Payment: Payment of fees with regard to admission should be made to the AI in cash or in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of "Co-ordinator................." (name of the AI) as advised by the AI where you are seeking admission. The AI will issue you acknowledgement receipt of form and fee. Please deposit the admission fee only as per fee structure.
- Other Requirements: Three recent passport sized (3 cm x 2 cm) photographs are required. You should paste one of these on the form and another on the duplicate form which will be kept by AI. The third should be pasted on the blank identity card enclosed with the application form and submitted. The photograph is to be attested by the Co-ordinator (Principal) of the Accredited Institution (AI).
